Refund policy

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, in accordance with Georgian law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• You must have the receipt, bank transfer confirmation or order confirmation
  

Return process:

• Contact us first to request a return
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

In case of a damaged item upon delivery, we will refund or exchange the product at no additional cost, including return shipping.

We do not accept returns on used, washed, or worn items.
