Welcome to Clothes Factory (company name: Giga Korinteli). By using our website clothesfactory.shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products and Pricing

We sell original branded sportswear and shoes (e.g. Nike, Adidas, Calvin Klein). All products are new and authentic. Prices are shown in GEL or another currency depending of your location and settings, and may change without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash on delivery (only in Tbilisi). Orders are confirmed after payment is received (except for COD orders).

3. Personal Account

To create a personal account, we collect your first and last name to help identify you, and your email address and password to let you securely access your account.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Georgia and Internationally. Delivery in Georgia usually takes 1-2 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or due to external factors. Shipping details will be provided after order confirmation.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or order confirmation

Return process:

  • Contact us first to request a return

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

We do not accept returns on used, washed, or worn items.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data (name, contact details, etc.) is used only for order processing and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
